I started the week feeling a little worse for wear following our wonderful client Apparelmaster’s 40th Anniversary Conference in Wellington.
As they approached this significant birthday, Apparelmaster requested additional support from Cavalry to help celebrate the milestone.
We had a great time planning and producing a range of conference materials to support the event – a key piece being a commemorative book celebrating each of the Apparelmaster licensees from all over New Zealand. By pulling together the stories of over 30 contributing branches plus photographs (and even some poems…!), the end result was a really heartwarming and unifying book showing everyone involved in the Apparelmaster business that they’re all part of a rich brand history, and a really bright future ahead.
On the Friday evening Cavalry held an event – dinner & drinks with bingo thrown in for good measure, and a good cause. During our evening we helped raise $12K for Life Education Trust - perhaps you know them best from their mascot, Harold the Giraffe. Life Education do so much valuable work in the community educating children to make healthy choices, and we were proud to be involved in the fundraising push.
The event was a huge hit (hence the hangover) and we’re already brainstorming ideas for next year's event...
At Cavalry, we really do operate like your internal marketing team, if that’s the level of service you require. Building a strong business isn’t just about the day to day – sometimes what your team needs is a bit of a knees up to celebrate it's success.
